Osono likes Kiki and gives her a room. Kiki decides to help to work instead of Osono which becomes pregnant. She starts Kiki's Delivery Service using her ability to fly. She meets a boy named Copoli at the time. He is called Tombo and aiming to make the human powered airplane. At first, Kiki thought of him unpleasantly, but she is coming to be opening up gradually. But she loses her ability of the magic suddenly. She is shocked and at a loss, but she takes back vigorousness thanks to a regular customer visitor. At such time, she watches the form that Tombo is nearly inferior from an airship on television and hurries to the site. Kiki borrows a deck brush from the cleaning husband who was in the neighborhood, and she tries to use her ability of magic desperately. She raised her ability, and she could fly in the air again. She helps Tombo. She resumed work, was being on good terms with people in the town and was having time.

My favorite character is Ulsura. She is 19 years old and a friend of Kiki. She is the person who picked the baggage Kiki has dropped during home delivery up. She lives in the forest. She is a painter and she is immersed to draw a picture. She takes good care. She is comforting Kiki which often falls.
